• All Other Countries: $55.00 (individual) / $53.00 (agency)
• Single and Back Issues: $20.00 per issue, plus shipping
• Domestic Shipping: $6.00
• International Shipping: Calculated based on shipping address

• All subscription rates are annual and in U.S. dollars.
• Subscriptions are accepted only on a volume basis starting with the first issue.
• New orders and cancellations must be received before January 2, 2025, to avoid additional shipping charges and fees.
• Notice of non-receipt of an issue must be sent within four weeks after receipt of subsequent issue. Please notify the Journal of any change of address; the Post Office does not forward third-class mail.
• We only accept payment in United States currency.
