The Indiana Law Journal invites authors to submit manuscripts between 15,000 and 35,000 words on all topics. Proposed articles must be submitted via Scholastica. Footnotes should conform to the current edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation. Email and mail submissions will not be considered.
